Best escrow team out there! Kerrie and her team are so fast and their response time is incredible. Kerrie answers on off-hours which personally for me is a plus when certain things are crucial and time sensitive. I love that everything is streamlined like clockwork. I don't have to constantly go asking for simple things that should just happen automatically in an escrow process. If there are mistakes, it gets resolved quickly.
