This team works hard all hours of the day and weekends, not the typical M-F / 9-5 like most companies. Kerrie and Kelly are quick to take my call anytime I have a question. I?m always impressed with Chicago Title. They run so seamlessly and are so communicative all along the way. I can always get a hold of someone if needed which is so important when you are trying to get things wrapped up and closed. I highly recommend them!

The Kissane Team handled this transaction smoothly. There were no hiccups, everything was performed on time or ahead of schedule, there was constant communication, immediate availability and best of all everyone worked well together. They are friendly and truly happy doing what they do, and they are really good at it. On top of everything else, they have really great customer service. The Kissane Team is not my preferred escrow company, but really impressed me with their diligence, care and handing of this transaction.
