Jennifer Reinink and her team worked magic for me. This was a dual transaction and I was not getting the information and communications that I needed from the other agents and the lender. Jennifer and Sarah Bartlett especially worked with them to get the information necessary. A last minute call to approve the closings on a FRIDAY and they got both of them done! This most recent transaction I had was a photo finish, it was a nail biting one at the end, but Sarah made it so easy to handle and less stressful and ultimately managed to close just in the nick of time! I can't thank her enough for her support, professionalism, care and knowledge of the process. I am so grateful that we went with the seller's choice on this, I can't imagine this being handled by a different company, not sure if they would have handled it the way Sarah had done it.
