Amy as well as the total CT team was great with our 1031 exchange from a California property to an Oregon property. The only problem was me. I was traveling in Asia for nearly 20 days during the closing. Hats off for the coordination with the realtors, 1031 exchange, mortgage Co. We close 3 days after my return on the schedule closing date with a mobile signing in San Francisco. Thank you Amy!
