I have closed many escrows with Chicago Title Company. All of those escrows were extremely high pressure and closed early. I can confidently say that I will continue to recommend Chicago Title in every transaction. The team works seamlessly together and nothing falls through the cracks. Regardless of who answered the messages or phone, everyone involved is aware of the status and information I need to keep the escrow running smoothly to close on time or early. Chicago Title remains our to go to escrow company when we buy and when we sell our properties. Megan and a few staff members that we have met during the escrow process exhibit professionalism and take excellent care of their clients. When friends and family ask us which title company we would recommend, Chicago Title is the obvious answer.
