I began my escrow career with Chicago Title in 1991 and although many things have changed over the years, this is still a service driven industry. Roselle was awesome. I've been doing this for over 35 years and it seems across the board that most escrow officers these days do the bare minimum and are not proactive at all in gathering information from buyers and sellers. Roselle took the bull by the horns and when something was needed from a buyer or a seller she got it and let us know what was going on. Perfect.
