I began my escrow career with Chicago Title in 1991 and although many things have changed over the years, this is still a service driven industry. I pride myself on the fact that I have earned the trust of my clients through knowledgeable and courteous service and enjoy the personal connection that is made on every escrow I close. I enjoy handling all types of transactions from the traditional sale or refinance to the complexity of a commercial sale or 1031 exchange. I am privileged to work with great support staff; together we are able to service our clients escrow needs both professionally and efficiently. Roselle Nelson is AWESOME! This was one of the worst escrows that I have had in a long time. EXTREMELY difficult buyer, buyer's agent and lender. Roselle's patience,(and mine), were tested to the limit but she hung in there and we got this done. (It only took 30 days longer that it should have). Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

Rosella always goes above and beyond for my clients and me. This transaction had a particularly large problem as we were at the closing table and she took our call and found a solution. It was an absolute miracle! She constantly creates miracles on all my deals and I love working with her!

Roselle is very experienced, she did an excellent job on this unusual transaction. This transaction required seller insurance money to close. Wired money directly to the PennyMac mortgage and pay off was done on their end. Verses Chicago title handling all monies. Roselle knew exactly what was going on. Thank s again!

Roselle was awesome. I've been doing this for over 35 years and it seems across the board that most escrow officers these days do the bare minimum and are not proactive at all in gathering information from buyers and sellers. Roselle took the bull by the horns and when something was needed from a buyer or a seller she got it and let us know what was going on. Perfect. That was a real pleasure and saved everyone a lot of time. Excellent work!
