I BEGAN MY CAREER IN THE TITLE INDUSTRY ON APRI 1, 2003 IN CUPERTINO, CA AS AN ESCROW ASSISTANT. WITH A DEGREE IN BIOLOGY FROM SANTA CLARA UNIVERSITY, THE TITLE INDUSTRY WAS A NEW CHAPTER IN MY LIFE. TO SUCEED AND EXCELL IN OUR INDUSTRY, I TOOK REAL ESTATE CLASSES AND BECAME A MEMBER OF THE SANTA CLARA COUNTY ESCROW ASSOCIATION CHAPTER. I THEN OBTAINED MY CERTIFICATION WITH THE ESCROW ASSOCIATION. AFTER 2 YEARS BEING AN ESCROW ASSISTANT, I GOT THE OPPORTUNITY TO ADVANCE MY CAREER AND BECOME AN ESCROW OFFICER AND RUN MY OWN ESCROW TEAM. FROM THAT POINT IN MY CAREER, I HAVE CONTINUED GROWING AND LEARNING. I ENJOY MANAGING ALL TYPES OF TRANSACTIONS THAT RANGE FROM REFINANCES, TRADITIONAL SALES, SHORT SALES AND EXCHANGES. MANY THINGS HAVE CHANGED OVER THE YEARS IN OUR INDUSTRY, BUT THE ONE FACTOR THAT REMAINS THE SAME IS THAT IT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE DRIVEN. I WILL ALWAYS PRIDE MYSELF ON HONESTY AND INTEGRITY THROUGHOUT MY DAILY PRACTICES.

Elizabth Farhat did an amazing job throughout the transaction! One of our sellers left the country for work a few days before he was to sign final docs. Elizabeth was able to coordinate a signing service that would sign and notarize is documents even with him being out of the country! We closed early and having to extend the escrow passed the closing date was adverted! Another amazing job by Elizabeth and her team!
