Alex went above and beyond in dealing with the Seller in a personable way making sure we got things done. He knew how to accommodate her, reassure her. Alex talked to her when I just couldn't bear it anymore. He endlessly explained things, but also knew the technicalities of the situation in regards to the legal issues. And, he returned my calls promptly

All went well with signing off the seller who I represented, but then things got interesting as the buyer's loan package was not ready and the escrow closing was delayed.
