Adrian coordinated with our lender's employees across the country, got the final documents into good order and dispatched a mobile Notary to assist our signing, on the first day she contacted me. 10 hours from first email to my dropping off the cashier's check for closing balance. Pretty good service, I'd say!

I just completed the sale of my home as a "For Sale by Owner" so I did not have a real estate agent to "hold my hand" through the transaction. As usual there were delays to closing escrow due to my Buyer's lender not being ready with the required paperwork. But when that delay happened Adrian, stepped in and kept the communication channels going for both both me and the Buyer, so we were always on top of what stage we were at and what the next step would be. Every question was responded to within minutes, and Adrian was always patient in her explanations. In addition I am very grateful to Adrian because she was aware that the payment for the property taxes would be delayed so she arranged to pay the county property taxes prior to closing! Adrian's attention to all the details, her responsiveness and skill at communicating took all the anxiety out of this delayed escrow closing. She is very professional and very easy to work with!
