Cristina Tabada is a too-notch, hyoer-experienced, can-handle-any-surprise (and trust me, I?ve tested her!) title and escrow officer. I?ve worked with her for over a decade, and will continue to do so for longer than that. She is everything you could wish for in a title and escrow officer. I?m shocked I?ve never written her a review before, but please take any superlative you can imagine and add it to this review! Cristina is simply the best.

Cristina Tabada is a fantastic title and escrow officer. I have worked with her for more than a dozen years and she has helped me on escrows that have ranged from ?smooth and easy? to ?what could possibly go wrong next??! She?s also a wonderful resource (has given me referrals to 1031 companies, an out-of-state and out-of-country notary, for instance, and the resolution of atypical title insurance issues and questions, etc.). She and her team have held the hands of clients needing extra attention and care, and have maintained a professional, bright and happy demeanor throughout. She?s just great and I highly recommend her.

The Cristina Tabada Team/Doris Miller in the Montclair office are Fantastic to work with. They are communicative, professional, prompt, patient and easy to work with. They have earned my loyalty over and over again. It is the tough escrows that separate them from the field! In opening a new escrow I have faith and confidence that if anything complicated should come up, they can and will be able to handle it!

Cristina Tabada is and has always been extremely responsive. She always keeps in communication and ensures everything possible is being done to ensure the transaction gets closed. You NEVER feel you are just a file on the desk. She is always willing to answer questions even if not for a current escrow. She is my goto escrow officer!!!

Cristina is highly knowledgeable, extremely helpful and responsive to all enquiries, and manages escrows so you don't have to give a second thought to that part of your home purchase or sale process.
