Sam and I were more than overwhelmed and stressed out when we first met Jyme Not only because of all the pressures that accompany 'moving' 3000 miles away, but problems with the so-called: 'realtors'~ Jyme didn't know us at all when we first walked in and yet it felt as if we had known each other forever. Where we were in tears and on the edge of falling apart, her calm reassuring and even humorous demeanor gave us some distance from the intense stress of the moment. She understood how betrayed we felt by our realtors and at the same time maintained a professional control of the situation, and kept the process moving along. We have to say that given how totally stressed out we were/are and how disappointed we are in the agents, Jyme was/is a breathe of much needed fresh air! She could easily be a Real Estate Psychologist! Simply, just when we needed a calming influence to help us to get to the finish line, Jyme Crosby magically appeared (well, it was more like a scheduled appointment) None-the-less, it felt like a little bit of 'magic' for her 'vibrant wine' like personality to be right there for us.
