Owner Broker of Hotel Brokerage
Kim (Kimberly officially) Verania has been impressing me for decades. DBA Hotel Brokerage, I sell hotels, motels,Inns, Bed and Breakfasts in Central California along the coast and at the foothills of the Sierras near Yosemite. Our coverage is located in several different counties, many of which do not have Chicago Title offices. She interfaces with other title companies with great ease, always solving the problems in a congenial and pleasantly persuasive manner.
Kim's attention to detail is impressive; her computer skills are impressive; her prompt responses are impressive. her PEOPLE skills are vastly superior to almost any title officer's i have ever known in my 40 plus years of brokerage.

Unless the prospective purchaser or seller has a prior relationship with a title company, I insist on Chicago Title Company as the title and escrow company to handle the transaction and, of course, Kim to be the officer in charge.

She truly cares about each buyer and seller and it shows in their responses to her.
