Dominic went above and beyond yet again. We have a difficult country property that hasn't changed hands since the 1940's. Talk about having to chase things down a rabbit hole. Dominic has spent countless hours working and researching for the owners. Finally, one owner asked me, "How much are we being billed for this?" When I told them it was all part of the service, they were astounded. Good work Dominic, you're the best.

Leila Conceicao and her team were dealing with two sellers, one in Philadelphia. Everything was very smooth and signing on time (21 Day close) !! Clients were not well versed in e-mail or tech. She was patient and they were very pleased with her. Leila was present at the signing and we conferenced in the other seller. Very smooth and it really made the sellers less stressed and more confident about the process. Thank you Chicago Title !!

He is prompt, always answers calls (even when he's cooking dinner) and gets the product I request quickly.
