The only complaint that I have about Bekki is that she has spoiled me terribly and there are very few escrow officers that can even come close to her efficiency, and knowledge of the rules. Her calm management of difficult situations (and clients) is a major plus! Her attitude of "let's gitter done" is refreshing in an industry where passing the buck is more common. Thank you, Bekki! You make my life so much easier, and I know I can rely on you!
