I am perplexed as to why CTC needed an additional form from the termite company as the clearance was already issued and it was being paid in escrow. Chicago would have all of my business but you seem to keep making up things to (over) cover your butt and it becomes cumbersome as an agent. Other companies do not require nearly as much as you. (In addition, no other title company does a buyer name run any more- but CTC does)
