I worked with Nicole Ogrey and her team for many years. She is on top of things, easy to get hold, actually she always call me when needed. I never need to worry about scheduling, files, etc. She will ask information she needs and I know she is prepared. When we are in contract after hours and I did not expect to hear from her until next morning, but I got call from her immediately as I mentioned international wire in one day, she needs to get the wire instruction out quickly in order to receive wire next day. It is so nice to know that my transaction is in good hands!

As far as I am concerned, Kim is a goddess. She is total class and has a stunning level of professionalism. She has surrounded herself with people who are equally as competent. I obviously don�t know how much you are paying her but all I can say is you need to pay her more. She�s that good. She should be giving seminars to other escrow officers on how to do things correctly.

Kim Robertson and her team are excellent escrow managers. I had a rather complicated transaction with overseas buyers and a change from an individual buyer to a corporation. Kim and her team had to verify the corporation and its individual members to ensure this was all done in a legal manner. They also managed multiple wires with funds coming in at various times and amounts throughout escrow. They remained calm, professional, and communicative every step of the way. Great job team!!!

They made sure that we crossed the finish line on the contractual date before the Santa Clara County's cut-off time with a signature/funding/recording completed on the same day. I (buyer�s agent) appreciate the timely responses via email communication and phone to ensure a very smooth and seamless transaction. The closing date was moved up during buyer and seller negotiations and Kim and her team made sure to reschedule signing and wiring so we would close on time. We closed escrow on time and my clients (buyers) were very satisfied with the services they received at Chicago Title. I would definitely recommend Chicago Title to future clients.
