As far as I am concerned, Kim is a goddess. She is total class and has a stunning level of professionalism. She has surrounded herself with people who are equally as competent. They made sure that we crossed the finish line on the contractual date before the Santa Clara County's cut-off time with a signature/funding/recording completed on the same day. Kim was very responsive throughout the entire escrow process and kept all parties informed on current progress and milestones. I (buyer�s agent) appreciate the timely responses via email communication and phone to ensure a very smooth and seamless transaction. The closing date was moved up during buyer and seller negotiations and Kim and her team made sure to reschedule signing and wiring so we would close on time.
