MIssy McNabb has been an incredible resource for years as an escrow officer. She's always been a wealth of knowledge and worked with many escrow officers. Most can be similarly know their job however, its a more rare occurance to also be on the lookout for issues that can cause a bump in the transaction until you hit that bump as you are trying to close escrow. That's when you know your escrow officer is really doing their job in fixing things before they become a bigger problem as its a last minute emergency to close on time!! She excels in preformance!
