Wow, another very complicated and difficult escrow handled by the Pros at Chicago Title in Roseville. I am involved in extremely complicated escrows and real estate transactions because of the specialized niche of real estate I work almost exclusively in. Kirstin Silvers and Heather Ramey never fail to go above and beyond the call of duty. I am approached by many other Title Companies to "switch" and work with them, but I'll never do it. Chicago Title in Roseville is just too good to ever switch. If they can handle my complicated transactions with the smooth professionalism that they do, just think how they could handle your more simple transactions. If you're a real estate Broker or Agent, I highly suggest you work with Chicago Title in Roseville. You won't be disappointed.

I have been using Chicago Title in Roseville, CA for many years now. I am constantly involved with very complicated escrows in the particular niche of real estate I work in. Heather Durborough, Kirsten Silvers, and Heather Ramey at Chicago's Roseville office never fail to provide the best service in the industry. I am an independent real estate broker that works primarily in the Probate arena, and most of my escrows are complicated. My last escrow involved a seller that was located in Thailand. Sellers located out of the country can be a problem. Not for the Chicago Roseville team.Their office handles everything like a pro. Problems always arise with Probate escrows, and when they do, I can count on the Chicago Roseville team to stay on them until they're resolved. Great team to work with, and if you're in need of the best Title Company, contact them asap!

Right in the middle of our transaction Chicago Title's systems went down. So, we all went old school and used phones to solve issues and continue forward. Kirsten Silvers was amazing, upbeat and helpful. She definitely went the extra miles. I was very happy that she's so knowledgeable and I believe we all felt like we were a team. I've worked thousands of escrows over my career and stay very involved, so I know good customer service from an Escrow/Title Co. when I experience it. She was AH mazing! I would not hesitate to recommend her! Grace under pressure for SURE! That's not a knack that all people can pull off. Kudos to Kirsten!
