Minerva Mata began her Escrow Career as a Receptionist and because of her eagerness to move up from her position, quickly earned her Title as an Escrow Officer by educating herself in completing the California Escrow Association classes. Working from an Entry level to an Escrow Officer developed the knowledge and skills of what every client’s needs are to be successful in a smooth closing. As a Fluent Bilingual Escrow Officer, Minerva takes pride in providing the one on one customer service every client deserves. Minerva’s 25 year Career consists of experience in Commercial Property, Resales, Refinances, Short Sales, 1031 Exchanges and Indian lease land. Minerva’s hometown is Palm Springs, California and relocated to the Sacramento area in 2015. On her down time, Minerva enjoys spending time with Family, Church, cooking homemade Mexican dishes and watching her favorite Football team The Dallas Cowboys.
