Liz Sipes has been providing me with excellent service as an Escrow Officer for several years now. She continually communicates effectively and efficiently with both parties. She frequently goes above and beyond what is promised. In this particular transaction, the seller was inquiring if their proceeds would be wired on a Friday. Liz indicated that due to the Federal Reserve cutoff time, it would most likely be Monday. She of course was able to put together all the documentation Friday morning, send to record, record, and then wire out proceeds to the sellers! Just another example of how she exceeds expectations!
