Jonathan was fantastic. It was my first time working with Chicago Title and utilizing the inHere platform which I will admit at first sounded a little daunting. However, using the platform did not take away from the one on one interactions and direct communication with Jonathan. He was very helpful, responsive, and personable. As an out of area agent, I had many questions and he was patient and kind throughout the entire transaction. Would absolutely recommend Jonathan as your next escrow officer!
