I have been in the real estate industry for over 25 years. I have worked in a few different markets... Maricopa County, AZ, and San Luis Obispo, Yolo and Sacramento Counties in California. Most recently, I was in the Elk Grove market for almost 10 years. I am now in the Sacramento/Land Park area. Being a Land Park resident for most of my life, it's nice to finally be so close to home.
I have experience with many types of real estate transactions to include residential resale, new build, and refinance transactions as well as some commercial. One of my favorite parts of my job is figuring out challenging transactions, messy prelims, and title issues related to probate, divorce, federally seized property, etc.
