I have known Lay Xaochay and her team for quite a while I believe since I became a realtor 16 years ago. I followed her team wherever they go. She is very knowledeagble on her work, very quick in responding of any issues, always call whenever there is an issue that needs to be resolved right away. Always on time in closing my transaction.
