It could have been an extremely stressful transaction because it was a 14 day escrow that included 2 weekends and the THANKSGIVING holiday. I inherited several rental properties when my husband passed away seven years ago. We were surprised by her knowledge of real estate law and how efficient and very accessible she is. My most recent sale was particularly complicated involving two trusts which Suzanne handled with ease. I think Suzanne Cross was assigned an extraordinarily difficult escrow to complete,
which she did smoothly and quickly.
In particular, she was able to facilitate notarization of documents at the most convenient US locations for my brother and I and our spouses, who are all Canadian residents and citizens.

As a first time home buyer, Iam grateful that I got to work with Suzanne Cross. She has been very helpful through the sale and even after that. She was very communicative and usually responds on the same day or within 1 day for any questions that I had. After we closed on the home, we had an issue with the home warranty, she jumped into a conference call with the provider and sorted out in quick time. Later when I had some questions on the HOA dues and property taxes, she went over and beyond and provided me additional information that was valuable as a first time home buyer. Suzanne has been a great partner in my home buying process and I have no hesitation in recommending Suzanne.
