AnneMarie, did a fabulous job for me in my purchase escrow of an apartment complex in Oceanside. I made a last minute decision that I did not want to have an impound account, after I had signed forms saying that I wanted such an account.
AnneMarie inteceded with the Lender with my request and got the Lender to agree to my request. Even my own loan broker who had arranged my loan, refused to ask the Lender about this on my behalf. Thank you AnneMarie for exceptional service
