In a transaction with not one but TWO HOA's involved, Jayson and his team were more than willing to jump in and assist with ordering Docs and communicating with the HOA Escrow Dept. The customer service and communication on this file was above and beyond. By far and away, this was the best escrow company I have worked with in my 10 years as an agent. I represented Sellers and they were blown away at the professionalism and care they experienced. The Lender on this file told me she was so impressed, she is advising Agents to recommend them to clients, and she said she could not believe how smoothly Chicago Title Co. was able to operate.
