For many years JR Ballesteros has gone above and beyond the call of customer service. Anytime I am in a bind, in search of a deed for a client referred to me and I need help for a document that I have no access to or am stumped with anything, he rises to the occasion like magic. He never makes me think I inconvenience him. He has a great personality too. Pretty hard to do through email, but JR sure does.
