Dylan was kind and awesome. But whoever coordinates notary services at closing should be aware that I felt extremely pressured, rushed, and uncomfortable during signing. I felt that I had to blindly sign and go faster because she mentioned her next appointment has arrived. I am not sure if it is just me, but 1 hour to sign all documents at closing for a first time home buyer probably is probably nowhere near as much. I'd suggest 2-3 hours for first time homebuyers.
