I have closed so many sales with Kelly Weaver, and her team, over the last 20+ years. Kelly is so experienced that there is truly very little that we can spring on her that she cannot handle. It gives me peace of mind knowing that someone with this level of experience is reviewing our contracts and dotting the t's. I've always liked how she explains the signing process to the clients - and not everyone does that. And in the industry today, very few LPO's sign the clients, it is passed off to someone else. I love that Kelly still is the person to handle my clients signing. The bonus, it's usually a blast!

My wife and I used exclusively a previous Chicago Title Escrow Team. When the Team Lead retired we were concerned about the quality of service we would receive from another Team.
We shopped around and tried other Title companies but not totally satisfied. We discussed our concerns with our Chicago Title Sales Manager, she recommended and introduced us to Team Kelly. That was 2 years ago. Team Kelly has exceeded our expectations!
