Tammy Coe began her career in title and Escrow in 1987 as the courthouse runner for a title company in Longview, Washington. Two years later, she moved to Vancouver, where she continued to amass knowledge of the industry by learning the ins-and-outs of both Customer Service and Title before landing on her true passion of Escrow.
In 1998 Tammy moved to the North Puget Sound area, where she worked as an Escrow Assistant and gained the experience and knowledge to become a successful Escrow Officer.
After 22 years in Snohomish County, she moved back to Clark County to be closer to her family, and we luckily added her to our Chicago Title team.
Outside of the office, Tammy enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with her three grandchildren.

We have bought multiple houses over the years and always had a positive experience with the title companies and officers, but I'm writing this recommendation because of the exceptional service Tammy provided to us. We ended up in a very stressful timing situation with our close where we had to get it done prior to a trip out of the country or the entire financing situation was going to have to start at ground zero. Tammy took our concern and stress seriously and immediately went to work to find us a notary willing to sign with us at 2:45am the day of our departure. The notary was wonderful, it went like clockwork, and Tammy was a miracle worker making it all happen. I can't recommend Tammy more highly to be your Escrow Officer.
