I have been recommending Tiffany for my buyers and sellers for over 12 years. She is very thorough in her duties and will go beyond the service boundaries of most escrow agents. There is no other escrow agent that I know that can meet my buyers at closing (when it is not practical for me to be there) and interact with them in such a positive way that they leave there feeling secure in all their decisions which is a reflection on me. For me, it is not what is the best title company in the area to work with, it is more like what title company has Tiffany Johnson as an escrow officer.
