Dorine is doing every thing in her power to get loan to My X-wife funded so I can be bought out of our house. With other things hanging in limbo her efforts could very well save me a couple thousand dollars on my end. She has put the same effort in that I have and ones involved on the other side did not. She is very much appreciated whether we fund on time or not. Dorine did all she could; and that effort is impressive.

What a pro! Jumps in when other have dropped the ball. Cant say enough good about the job she had done in a transaction where the agents are MIA along with a poor transaction co-ordinator, possibly the worst I have ever seen in 25 years. Dorine is a winner.

I have had the good fortune to have established a connected relationship for almost 2 decades with Dorine, who I consider to be the best escrow officer I know. She goes the extra mile to deliver service to me and my clients that is nonpareil. I have been using Dorine Skordahl at Chicago Title to close for me for about 15 years now. She has closed 100's of transactions for myself and my team in that time. We use her as often as we can.
Dorine is Smart, Efficient, Friendly, Accurate & Great to work with.She returns phone calls and emails quickly. I have seen her work late into the night and come in early in the morning many times to get a job done.
I have worked with many Escrow Officers in the county. Dorine, in my opinion, is the best of the best. She has extensive knowledge in out of the ordinary circumstances that can occur during a closing. I have seen other Escrow people ask her for advice due to her abilities and knowledge.
Being an escrow officer is a very high stress job. They are constantly under pressure from everyone in the transaction to "get it done quickly". Dorine is the best I have seen at "getting it done" and done correctly.
