Born and raised in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, Brandy brings 21 years of industry experience to our team.
She is experienced in closing transactions involving vacant land, new construction, residential, bankruptcy, probate and guardianship properties.
Brandy prides herself on communication and her attention to detail for preclose file review in order to spot potential issues and ensure a smooth transaction. She is a licensed real estate clock hour instructor and enjoys the opportunity to share information with her clients.
Brandy is an empty nester whose oldest son is currently an active duty officer in the US Marine Corp stationed in Quantico and her younger son is attending Clark College taking his prerequisites for mechanical engineering. When not in the office Brandy enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Brandy once again went above and beyond on trying to help me resolve the title issue on this property. She had to patient with me as I don't always understand the terms she uses to clear things and she probably had to repeat herself more than once but when I finally got what needed to be done, I was able to perform! I also have always appreciated that Brandy has let me know when there is a title issue! She LOVES to fix things and we have that in common! :-)
