Originally hailing from rural Minnesota, Blake relocated to the Pacific Northwest in 2010 to pursue higher education, ultimately earning a Bachelor’s of Science Degree. Beyond the closing table, he finds joy in exploring the outdoors of the Northwest, globetrotting, or simply enjoying the latest cinematic releases.

Blake went above and beyond in closing the sale of our WA house. Super pleasant, and expert at what he does and a sense of humor. His communication through out the process is second to none. We were never rushed, he was great at explaining the likes of documents even though the building they occupy was closing. Yes Blake gladly stayed late for us. Thanks Blake!

Prior to me meeting with Blake Loken, he communicated with my daughter (who co-owned the property with me). She was very pleased, as I was when Blake and I started communicating.
Blake did the most excellent job possible from our first communication.
My first meeting with him in person was on Tuesday 3/12/24 at 1:30 PM. "Closing" was 13 days later on Monday 3/25/24 at 10 AM. He notified me before noon on 3/25 that the file was complete and recorded. WOW!
The next morning (3/26) the mortgage on the loan was "$0.00"! WOW again!
I will certainly recommend Blade to anyone needed an Escrow Officer!
