Alayna is a Pacific Northwest girl through and through. Born and raised here in Clark County, she grew up with the love of a small town feel working at her family owned local Pharmacy and enjoyed exploring the outdoors, especially on her 10 acre farm just on the outskirts of Battle Ground.
She joined the industry in 2012 after moving back home to Washington from Southern California. She gained the knowledge about the industry while shopping for her own home as a first time homebuyer and falling in love with the intricacies that came along with juggling the logistics of whole process.
Alayna enjoys making customers feel warm, welcome and comfortable during the closing process and strives to describe the details, documents and timelines in a way that is easy and understandable, even to the person who doesn’t do this every day. She prides herself on joining the fold and being a seamless addition to the team when introduced into a transaction and pushes for the positive can do attitude along the way.

My first time working with Alayna was not an ideal situation. I was representing a buyer, who in conjunction with his lender, hid the fact that they were using a HELOC to buy a second home. Once we discovered this and informed the sellers, they became very angry, but decided to keep moving forward... albeit in a very hostile manner. Several months and several contract extensions later, we finally closed on that uncomfortable and contentious deal. Alayna was the one good thing about the whole transaction. She was always on top of everything and a great communicator. I could sense she was taken aback by the whole situation, but handled the chaos very professionally. A few years later, she was the escrow officer who handled my home purchase and did an outstanding job. She's always been fantastic with my other clients and their transactions. Alayna is very reliable and super kind and she will always go the extra mile to get the job done!
