I'd like to thank JOLENE for her help on this one! We needed up with four signers, just on the seller side. Not only that, all four of them were in different places and... one of them was unexpectedly in China. What??!?! Jolene navigated this expertly and actually got the seller signed at a consulate in China, having the docs shipped back to Chicago Tile from there. It was basically flawless and it worked out to close right on time. Thanks so very much to Jolene and the whole team :)

Have you ever had a listing where? your seller lives out of state and you actually wonder if they are a real person and if they even know there is a transaction happening on their home? Yay for us!! The seller on this closing was nearly impossible to reach, being in Idaho. The cherry on top?. DocuSign would take literally 7-10 days. Oh the horror :-0 But? Thanks to Deanna, it closed. She patiently kept after it, did what SHE could do, then when my seller actually responded- Deanna jumped into action immediately. And voila, another successful closing with CTC! And I have to say, after being forced by the other side to work with another title company last month (don?t say which one, but rhymes with orange most sitle) I?m SO glad to be home with the team I trust most

Coming into real estate, I never knew how important relationships in TITLE would be. WOW-- they are!!! With the outage (did anyone know about that???), my team at CTC was beyond and I can't even thank them enough. They didn't even have email, but still found a way to communicate with me and our clients. Let's put it this way... if escrow and title is the NBA, Deanna Terry is Michael Jordan and Alicia Candelaria is Scottie Pippen. Except... the two don't have a lingering rivalry and Alicia's ex is not dating Deanna's son. Other than that, these two are the GOAT's! From the start of every deal, they are both communicative, professional, friendly, and extremely detailed. Although so much can go sideways with a transaction, I know that it will never be on the escrow side. I would recommend Deanna and the team at CTT to anyone without hesitation. Funny enough, I accidentally used the ORTC website to make a net sheet for a seller the other night. I felt like a had to take a shower after that-- yuck! All CTT, all the time... thanks ladies!

Deanna is professional, she and her team are very responsive when asked for something. She communicate well. If there is an issue she reaches out and gets it handled. That's why I used them on my last two escrows and just opened another for 342 San Jose Street. They are awesome.
