Deanna is professional, she and her team are very responsive when asked for something. She communicate well. If there is an issue she reaches out and gets it handled. That's why I used them on my last two escrows and just opened another for 342 San Jose Street. They are awesome.

Deanna Terry is by far the best escrow officer we have ever worked with. We do a lot of volume and we NEVER have to worry about anything. She is so on top of everything and there is constant communication. Communication is key in this business. She is so attentive to our clients and always guides then through any questions or concerns they have regarding the escrow portion of the transaction. We can?t thank her enough for doing such a wonderful job.

I was very pleased to work with Deanna Terry. She was responsive and available when I needed to talk with her. She had a positive attitude and had no hesitation in taking responsibility for an admittedly small miscommunication, rare in my experience. She jumped in at the end and worked overtime when the lender told us we could close early.

Deanna was ahhh-mazing! Super knowledgable and probably the most responsive EO that I've worked with to date. I've had a less favorable experience with CTT- Sf in the past, so I was a little apprehensive when I learned of Deanna's transition from WFG to CTT. I'm pleased to report, my doubt has been overturned! :-)

I have followed Deanna Terry to whichever office she works at for the past 5+ years. Her service is top notch, she handles concerns and questions from myself and my clients at all hours with the utmost compassion and professionalism. I can count on her to be on top of all my files and the job is getting done without me having to micromanage which is a fantastic quality to have in this business! She is capable of keeping with strict timelines even if it means working late or over the weekend. Overall I am beyond happy with her service and plan to continue using her as my ONLY escrow officer.
