Lance has an engineering background and a love for project management. Originally from Michigan, he decided to obtain his real estate license in 2003, while running a machine assembly shop. Life then took him to Nashville, TN in 2006 which allowed him to focus on Real Estate full time. Working the business himself and realizing there had to be an easier way, he surrounded himself with other top agents in the country and quickly adopted the team concept. Lance’s growing Real Estate team now gives him the freedom to spend time focusing on his business and doing more of what he loves. His previous experience has aided in his critical thinking skills and with solving problems.

This was my first time at CINC University and I have learned so much! Lance did a great job diving deep into the CINC site and teaching us how to utilize it in the best ways to make more meaningful contact with leads, and ultimately make more money.
Lance was amazing. Lectures on database and organization helps tremendously. His lecures on automation and behavior messaging that will create client engagement for business growth. Communication , marketing and benefits that CINC provides that make it manageable. Also, he took the time to review my dashboard and laid out a plan so that I will be able to manage and keep track of growth.

Lance is a wealth of the analytics behind the systems he puts in place to teach us. I love that when someone says that something won't work in their market, he challenges the question and often proves that their issue isn't their market, but their mindset. The use of pipelines and filters can be a game changer and Lance helped me realize how much auditing of our existing usage of pipelines needs to happen as the current structure has been a hindrance to our production. Knowing how to filter the current pond to approach a specific target was very helpful. Lance delivers things in a very realistic and thought provoking way by using himself as an example when he needs to. I am thankful to have met Lance and will be using his thoughts and systems for many years to come. Thank you!
