Steve leads the team that delivers results producing "live" events for the CINC Community. The CINC Community includes everyone. Agent's, Broker's, ISA's, Lender's, and everyone from every real estate "brand" in the US and Canada. The CINC events bring our community together. Those events include CINC U Training, MasterMind Networking Sessions, CINC Conversion Day Workshops, CINC 2 U, CINC On-Location Training, and CINC Summit. Getting face to face with our 3,200 clients and the 41,000 CINC users that log in every day and working on growing the agents business is what "powers" CINC's growth. We believe in people and their dreams.

Steve’s background includes changing the culture of a Fortune 300 real estate related organization with over 2,200 sales executives by identifying, creating, developing, and implementing “value ad” sales solutions. "When you help people increase their income, save time, and reduce cost's, you gain clients for life". Steve has 42 years of experience in real estate and over 27 years in technology sales and service.

Steve and his wife Lori have been married for forty two years. They have three wonderful daughters and six amazing grandchildren. Life is good! Special thanks to all those who take a minute to share your kinds words. It is my honor to know you.

today Steve was a perfect complement to John. Steve was very approachable and attentive to people that needed a little extra help but were probably reluctant to interrupt the fast and aggressive presentation (in a very good way) that was happening in the front of the room. I could tell how much his kind demeanor calmed a new agent sitting at our table during the role play session.

Steve Murnin has been instrumental in my success with new customers and it was mainly through the excitement he built for the Fidelity Net Sheet App. The product is the best of its kind currently available and beats all others offered by our competitors. Steve created momentum for the product in our District in Florida last year and it was through his contests, awards and enthusiasm that our District did so well in downloads and new orders. I am able to track those downloads and reach out to current users when the app expires to request more orders. I loved working with Steve on this initiative -well done!

Steve is always on! I get fired up every time he's around because the energy he brings to the events we attend is beyond 100%. During the Palm Agent contest he made sure to keep us motivated and informed about everything taking place over the 3 month period... IT issues, sending the performance chart each week, sending out emails to energize everyone, the list goes on and on. He was always quick to reply to an email too. And, give praise to those achieving their goals. My favorite thing about him is his fashion sense. :) That says it ALL! He's A True Motivator!
