Cindy Baker team was amazing. They were very helpful. Our process to find the house we want was tedious. They were very patient. They answered all our questions. Gene was very knowledgeable about the houses, he had a keen eye on what’s wrong/ broken and needs to be fixed at the house. He was always very responsive to my texts and calls. He was always on time on submitting the offers and forms required. Abby was awesome too. My husband has worked with Cindy 10 years ago to buy our current home and this is the second time we work with them. We will definitely work with them again if needed.

My husband and I have never had to sell a house before and everything I have heard about doing this sounded very intimidating and a little scary. I have used realtors before but none like Gene Baker. In every house we looked at, the first thing he did was to look at structural issues. This was immeasurably helpful to me. Every time I contacted him to show me a place , he was immediately responsive.
When I did find my perfect place, I bought it because Gene assured me that he would help me through all the renovations, and that’s exactly what he did. My list of all he has done is a mile long.

Cindy Baker did an excellent job selling our home in Ballwin. The house had been on the market only a few days when she held the first open house, and we received a contract. Cindy was always available to answer a question. Our home was built in 1968, and it needed updates to meet the City of Ballwin’s strict requirements to bring the house to code before an occupancy permit would be issued. Cindy had tremendous recommendations for businesses to help me with repairs, and that made the process of selling our home so much easier. Cindy’s assistant was very helpful, and the title company Cindy uses (Freedom Title) was very helpful, and this made the process of selling so much easier.

Cindy was excellent In facilitating a quick sale with our house. She was very professional and helpful. We relocated out of state and Cindy as well her team helped in every way.
I became aware of Cindy after moving into ballwin 4 yrs ago. I would see her signs , as well news letters all the time . She is well established in the neighborhood and liked by many. Cindy was incredibly knowledgable. There were a lot of twists and turns as we went through four buyers. Each had unique issues and Cindy plowed through each. On the one occasion where she did not know the answer, she went right to her broker for assistance. I think that is really important because she is a very experienced agent. Still, she had the confidence to not try and bluff her way through but instead, she immediately sought assistance.

Always responded promptly. Note that we live in Michigan so all interaction with Cindy and her team was by phone, email, text etc. We were always in contact.
