Coldwell Banker Morgan Hill

The property that Cindy was selling was a seven unit apartment building located near San Jose State College that was over 100 years old. The property was one of several properties in a Living Trust and had multiple owners. After listing the property with Cindy Dominguez, she immediately asked the selected Escrow Title Company for a Preliminary Title Report and determined all of the names that were on the Title Report including several people that were no longer living. She contacted all living owners of the property and obtained the necessary Living Trust documents and death certificates and obtained the co-owner signatures on the required documentation.

She drove 120 miles to obtain one of the co-owner's signature on required documentation. This was my cousin who was not proficient using a computer. She also contacted another co-owner that was another of my cousins who was on vacation in Australia. She obtained signatures on all of the required documentation on time via computer and mail.

I highly recommend Cindy who really stays on top of the job and follows up all of the many details required to sell a property and insures that everything required gets completed on time and on schedule. She is very friendly, conscientious, and highly competent realtor.

We met Carmen as we went through an open house she was holding and enjoyed chatting with her. We explained we were moving from Arizona to California and spoke briefly about the difference in real estate market between the two states, the Morgan Hill area where we were planning on settling, and some general information about ourselves. When it was time to begin our search for a home in CA we knew who to call, Carmen Jones. We had kept the card she gave us at the open house. The time she spent with us briefly that Sunday at the open house we stumbled upon is what led us to choose her. She had actively listened to us and helped ease our fears about earthquakes and termites! Her expertise of the Gilroy/Morgan Hill/San Jose area was evident as was her finance knowledge, but above all her friendliness. We discovered as the process went on that Carmen has an ease about her, she is easy to talk to and be around and we trusted her input.
