Larry put in many hours to help me locate and purchase an inexpensive condo that he was not likely to make much commission on. The sale dragged on for two weeks after the anticipated close of escrow (due to circumstances out of our control), but Larry remained calm and patient and answered all my questions quickly. He even served as my "man on the scene" when I couldn't make it to San Jose for inspections. Larry exemplifies the attitude one expects from an office called Customer Service Realty.

Steve made sure our commercial real estate transaction went efficiently. He was on top off all dead lines and knew his stuff when it came to our rights as buyers. I would recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing commercial real estate.

I was looking for an agent to help me find a space to open a beauty salon. I called many agents and left messages and never heard back from anyone. I called to Steve Malech office and a receptionist said everyone had stepped out for lunch and will get someone to call me back. And she said oh wait someone just walked in and it was Steve Malech. I told him my need and he had helped me in every way. I love that he is on time, always response to my email and phone calls regardless of good news or bad news. He never made me wait without an answer. He's also good with negotiating and recommendations. I highly recommend Steve Malech for his hard work and integrity.

We wouldn't be in our new home if it wasn't for Dina Bonafede! After 6 grueling months of searching, being outbid, and 2 other transactions falling through (at no fault to us or Dina), we are finally in our new home. We truly believe that if we didn't have Dina as our Realtor we'd still be out there searching and dealing with the depression of being outbid by other buyers. Due to Dina's perseverance she was able to work with the listing agent to get our offer accepted and our escrow closed in less than 30 days! I have been a realtor for 15 years and with CSR Real Estate for the last 2 1/2 years. I worked for 2 different "big" firms before coming to CSR. I love working for CSR and Steve. It's the best environment I have ever worked in and the people are all great. Our staff is so helpful and are always willing to go beyond the norm to help out us agents. Steve and CSR make selling real estate fun, even when it's tough. The atmosphere in our office is very professional yet fun and inspiring at times. CSR as a company does so much for charity every year that there is always some upcoming event being planned. As a new agent I made a decision to change brokerages because after a year of being in the business, I literally had not completed one transaction.
