I am a 24 hour, 7 day a week dedicated Real Estate Agent that gives 100% effort at all times. It truly is one of the most amazing feelings in the world to help someone buy a new house or sell the one they are currently living in. Either way, I know that I am helping people realize their real estate goals one way or another. Besides being a full time ReaI Estate Agent, I am a wife and mother of 3 great kids, which is my true motivation to succeed and run a top notch real estate business. Over the past 20 years, I have closed over 600+ sale transactions, which gives me the knowledge and expertise to help you from the beginning of the deal all the way to the closing table. I am a relocation specialist, have received the St Louis Magazine-5 Star Agent Award (2009-2016) and currently achieved the President's Circle Award from BHHS nationally. We cannot say enough good things about Dana Snyder! This was our second time buying our home and it was night and day difference from the first time. Our first time buying a home, the realtor was not present, not knowledgable, and took a long time to respond to questions. This left us feeling lost and having to navigate the stressful world of home buying by ourselves. Our experience with Dana blew us away. We messaged Dana on a whim about seeing our dream home. She responded right away and set up an appointment the next day! Through the whole process she has been there to help guide us but also give us enough space to make our own decisions and we never felt pushed by her in any way. Going into the process of buying our first home, my fiancé and I were nervous to say the least. However, Dana was AMAZING and those nerves were a thing of the past. She was there every step of the way to answer the millions of questions we had for her and give us such great advice. We were honestly impressed by how much Dana not only knew about the real estate side of the process, but the title/mortgage side of it as well; she was able to save us from making lots of extra phone calls. We've never had much luck with Realtors in the past. Either they were obviously just in it for "the buck", doing the minimum required, or had so much going on that they just couldn't be bothered to take an active interest in our needs. Up until we were assigned Dana as our "Destination Relocation Agent", we weren't sure what to expect. We drove over a few months after she was assigned and met with her at a showing that we asked her to setup. It was immediately clear that she was different in her approach. She is outgoing and friendly, and showed that she genuinely cared about our needs. We put her through some trials and tribulations with the numbers of houses we wanted to see to either eliminate them from the list or put them on the "possible" list. It wasn't a small number either. She never once complained and responded very quickly with any question we had. We must have put literally hundreds of miles, if not closer to a thousand miles, on her car. She is very knowledgeable about the processes and does what it takes to push back when the lenders appear like they have done nothing correctly. She was a true joy to work with and if this isn't our forever home, we'll be reaching back out to Dana and having her sell our house, and be our agent again to buy if we are still in the area. We would both highly recommend Dana to be your agent of choice.

Absolutely loved working with Dana! My mom had worked previously with her as a seller and my uncle works with her as a house inspector, both of them recommend her when I decided I wanted to buy my first home. As a first home buyer it’s a lot of information being thrown at you all at once and she was always there answering my most random questions at all times of the day. She’s extremely knowledgeable about more than just the process of buying, she was able to help me understand some stuff about my loan, and help me go through insurance questions.
