With more than 40 years of combined experience in the real estate industry and local housing market, The Kummell Team joined Dudum Real Estate Group in 2017, eager to bring their clients an elevated level of marketing strategy and success. A master negotiator, Bonnie began her real estate career in 1986 working in property management. As a fourth generation Alamedan, Bonnie has lived, worked and volunteered in the Danville area for over 40 years. This experience has equipped her with a vast knowledge of the Bay Area Real Estate market, as well as its varied neighborhoods and communities.

Meredith joined the team in 2002 after a successful event planning career in the Silicon Valley and San Francisco, bringing her marketing expertise, attention to detail and client focus. Being the 5th generation raised in the East Bay, she has a deep appreciation of each city and neighborhood and enjoys sharing their unique qualities with clients.

Both women take pride in their community; Bonnie is a longtime volunteer of the San Ramon Valley Unified School District and a former PTA President, while Meredith spends time supporting the Arts in the Bay Area.

In addition to meeting new people, forming friendships and developing relationships, Bonnie and Meredith are devoted to helping their clients make smart investments and above all, achieve their dreams. A fixture in Bay Area real estate for more than three decades, Bonnie and Meredith view themselves as Realtors for Life.

I can't recommend Meredith ENOUGH. Not only was she amazingly communicative throughout the process but she gave us 5-star service beyond the close, even. Our home set a new record in our neighborhood and it was all thanks to Meredith's guidance, work, and support. We interviewed 6+ agents and Meredith was the clear winner and I can't even express how much we made the right choice.

Meredith was a pleasure to work with during the sale of my father's home. She is easy to work with it and was always on it when new issues or questions came up. She went beyond being a real estate agent and I felt we had a personnel touch with everything she did. She even helped with some hardware purchases and painting just to mention a few of the extra things she did. Great person and great professional agent to work with. I highly recommend her for any real estate sales and will definitely use her for our next sale or purchase. 5 star rating.

She helped us buy and sell our home in Pittsburg and through the 12 years we lived there she kept in touch and never forgot our house anniversary (the day we bought). I have worked with Bonnie and Meredith over serval years and on multiple occasions. Everything was always organized and easy for us to understand. I never felt pressured to do something and they took the time to explain all options. They most recently sold my house after one weekend! And they impressed my neighbor so much she listed with them, also selling in one weekend! I highly recommend Bonnie and Meredith! We are forever grateful.

Meredith has helped our son buy his first house, then she was the selling Realtor on that house, and when he bought his second house she again helped him.
Now we just bought a home through her, and likes always she was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and always available when needed. Great working with her!
Highly recommend her as a Listing Agent, but also as the Realtor to use for buying in this crazy market!!

Aside from being insanely organized and very responsive, what I appreciate the most is her honesty and willingness to consider what SHE would want and find acceptable (or not) in purchasing a home. Meredith provided us with excellent service and support throughout our search for the just-right house for our family. She was readily available for viewings, and was able to get a clear picture of what we were looking for. She was patient with us in our search. She gave great insight into the properties we saw, evidence of her experience in the field. She had extensive knowledge of the area that was helpful because we are from out of the area. Her advice during the offer writing was spot on and she raised many great points to aid us in our decision-making. She is a diligent worker and was willing to put in the time day and night to get us in the running for properties the we wanted to offer on and stayed attentive until we closed the deal. She made a potentially very stressful period of our lives, feel easy. She was able to manage our expectations and guide us every step of the way so that we would know what to expect and keep our stress level to a minimum throughout the whole process. And she continues to provide information and support after closing. I could not ask for anything more, A++ service all the way around. I would eagerly recommend her to our dearest friends and relatives without hesitation.

I asked my friend who was their realtor and they said it was Bonnie and Meredith Kummell. I remember Bonnie from 30 years ago and her involvement in the community. So we contacted her. They were detailed in their in information on what we needed to do to get our house ready to sell. She was a huge resource of services that we would need. We followed her advice and sold the house at $200,000 over asking. She guided to an area that we had thought we didn’t want to go and we found the perfect home, just what we wanted and more. We have already recommended her to a friend who will be selling their home. I know they will do a great job.

In 2013 they found us the perfect home in Danville, then eight and one half years later, when we wanted to sell, they once again worked their magic and found the perfect buyers for our house. They have a deep understanding of the east bay market and how it works. They are both thorough professionals, competent and responsive, and wonderful human beings on top of that. Meredith is the best! She was very detail oriented when touring properties, never tried to sell us on any place we didn't love, and great at guiding us through each step of the bidding and closing process. My favorite thing about working with Meredith was how frank she can be - if she has concerns, you're going to hear about them pronto. If you care about finding not just any home but the right home, look no further.

Look no further for a realtor, Meredith is the absolute best. She is super knowledgeable about the local housing market, available, and easy to work with. Our home buying process was long and difficult for various reasons and she was there with us the whole time. Even when we got discouraged, she kept going. I never felt like I was being pressured or rushed. In fact, Meredith is really good at pointing out flaws and being realistic about the homes she shows. She goes above and beyond to help her clients every step of the way. Even after we closed on a home Meredith is still helping us with things here and there. We will definitely be using her again next time we sell or buy.
