Rosemary was the perfect agent we needed during one of the most remarkable & hectic buying periods in real estate history. It's no secret that the last 18 months in Bay Area real estate have been extraordinary in so many ways (crazy prices, 25 offers per house, all houses going 25% over list price, etc.) We made 8 offers on different houses throughout this trying process. Rosemary was patient and willing to show us any house at any time convenient for us. She gave us accurate advice on each and every offer we made and negotiated with the sellers on our behalf. At the end of it all, my partner & I entered into contract on our dream home (that Rosemary found for us) in October 2020. Through many issues with the seller's title, Rosemary was there for us every step of the way. With delay after delay in courts due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we finally closed in March 2021. I don't think another realtor would have stood by our side through ~6 months of waiting for the house to close, but Rosemary put our needs before her own. We are forever grateful for Rosemary's efforts & recommend her to anyone that's looking to buy or sell a home!
