Pamela and Don did a wonderful job of getting us from “We need to move-where do we start?” to “I can’t believe we sold the house in one day!” We had lived in our house for almost 30 years and there was much to do. We thought we had two years to get ready and we moved out in a little over one year. Without their guidance and support, it would never have happened so successfully with an offer so much over our asking price. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

Our first ever home purchase with Pamela was a dream in the making! A few years ago, my wife and I met her at an open house in Concord. She was the first and only realtor we had met in the beginning of our home search journey who was warm and inviting to us - especially since my wife and I are an openly queer couple. We kept contact with her throughout the pandemic, and when the time was right, reached out and we dived right into a serious home search.

We recently sold a house with the help of the Colombanas. Pamela helped us think through our options for fixing up the home versus selling as-is, and the timing for selling it. She was very good at giving us space when we needed it but being ready to move quickly and aggressively when we were ready. I especially appreciate that the Colombanas are very careful and honest. They met every potential buyer at the house so they could explain just how good the good things were and just how bad the bad things were--that way people saw it more as an investment than a risk. Pamela organized things very well to have several showings then a quick offer deadline. We ended up with multiple offers and a great price over asking. They are amazing!
