We found a home we wanted to purchase and Dara & Ronni made sure every stone over turned to get all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We put down a 3% deposit and asked for a 30 day escrow. Halfway through the process, we realized we wanted to make a different choice. Gulp. Ronni & Dara could not have been more gracious and supportive. "Better for you to get out now than discover later that it's not right". We assumed the deposit was lost, but Dara did some sleuthing and found a mistake made in the listing that qualified us for a full refund. If you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to work with these two super women, you will not be disappointed.
