Amy was a great help with guiding my wife and I through the home buying process as it was our first home purchase. She was always easy to reach and would call me back immediately if she wasn't able to answer the first time. Many of our communications occurred late at night after work and getting our toddler to bed which was never a problem for Amy and she was understanding. We have a young, small family and Amy's patience and familial background was very supportive and reassuring. She was very professional yet easy to talk to for both my wife and I.

Amy is the sweetest most honest person imaginable. I decided to put my house on the market in June 2022 in the worst possible time in years for real estate. Amy managed to get me an offer nearly 40k over asking and she helped me find and purchase a new home without any hitches. She got me 60 days of rent back time 30 of which were no charge to me. Amy talked me off of cliffs many times and never once got frustrated with me. Thanks to Amy I am in my new home and very happy!

Amy is an amazing realtor, with all the knowledge and skills necessary to help us as we navigated the selling experience. Her guidance and suggestions helped us sell our home quickly, even as interest rates were going up and buyers were slowing down. We enjoyed having Amy's expertise to lean on during our challenging move. As we described before, she provided all the information and support that we, as older clients, really needed. She became a good friend to our family and saw us through to the end of the ordeal of moving to another state after 59 years in California. I was amazed at her knowledge of the laws and requirements concerning our situation. Divorcing and moving out on my own with my daughter was a stressful time, but Amy made things run as smoothly as possible. She showed us a variety of different townhouses, and helped us throughout the closing process once we found our new home. She negotiated with a pushy selling agent, helped us put in a great offer, and even helped us negotiate again after inspections showed a few small items needing repairs.
